Join us at the 7th annual Marcus & Millichap / IPA Multifamily Forum: Florida at the Hilton Tampa Airport Westshore on May 1, 2024. The conference brings together over 300 multifamily executives from across Florida, as well as national multifamily owners, investors and developers active in Florida markets.
This year, we look at new challenges and opportunities in the apartment industry today. The conference addresses road blocks in the real estate capital markets due to increased interest rates, as well as issues with rent growth (or lack thereof) in specific markets. We will also look at ongoing, chronic issues in new development, as well as the the current market trends in acquisitions and dispositions. Welcome Reception:
The Welcome Reception will be held the evening prior to the conference at either the venue or a nearby location in Tampa. The location is to be announced. The reception runs from 5:00 to 7:00 pm and includes drinks and finger food. Dress is typically business casual. The Welcome Reception is not included in the conference registration fee and requires a separate paid registration.
Private Roundtables:
The Private Roundtable is a closed-door, invite-only, off-the-record group conversation among 12 to 15 handpicked, invited executives. Led by a chairperson, the session is 2 hours allowing for a candid conversation among peers to share information, compare notes and generate ideas on industry challenges. Topics are determined in the week prior to the conference and sourced directly from participants.
What participants get out of the Private Roundtable:
Participants love the roundtables because they offer an opportunity to get beyond the public information to a more in-depth solutions-focused conversation that is confidential. The goal is that everyone walks away a bit wiser with more tools in their toolbox, as well as some new or renewed connections. Private roundtables are more exclusive and include more senior executives. Private roundtable participants are considered “Featured Participants” and are listed in the event materials alongside other speakers.
Who can join a Private Roundtable:
Private Roundtable participants are selected in advance of the conference and require an invitation to join. Each roundtable participant must meet selection criteria of the specific roundtable to be considered for an invitation to that roundtable. If you do not meet the criteria, you can still gain access via sponsorship, pending availability. Sponsored spots on roundtables are extremely limited.
