Eran Landry

Mr. Landry is Managing Director of Multifamily Development for Mast Capital. In this capacity, he is responsible for executing the firm’s ground up multifamily and mixed-use development activities.

Mr. Landry has been involved in all facets of real estate development for over 15 years to include: sourcing, land acquisition, design, entitlements, financing, and construction through lease-up activity. Prior to joining Mast, he was the Vice President of Development for Mill Creek’s North Florida Division where he led regional development of multifamily communities.

Prior to Mill Creek, Eran was a development executive for Ram Realty Services based in South Florida. He also served in the same capacity in Washington D.C. for a public REIT, Home Properties, Inc. and ultimately began his career with Kettler, executing both rental apartment and for sale condominium communities in the Mid-Atlantic. Throughout his career, he has been actively involved in the development of 5,000+ apartments across the Mid-Atlantic, Central and South Florida regions with a capitalization in excess of $1 billion.

Eran received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Studies from Stanford University as a scholarship student-athlete, and a Master of Real Estate from Georgetown University. He is a member of Urban Land Institute and also a LEED Accredited Professional.
