David brings nearly a decade of experience in the SFR/BTR industry through his roles at Man Group and Amherst. In his time with Man Group, he played a pivotal role in the acquisition, management, and exit of 5,000+ SFR assets. With key functions including portfolio strategy, financial modeling, market research, and operational data analysis. While at Amherst, he supported the debt capital markets team in managing several billion dollars of warehouse facilities and securitizations. At LyvWell, David plays a key role in supporting both the acquisitions and asset management functions.

David has earned a B.S. in Business Administration at North Carolina State University and is a CFA charter holder.
