Dana Caudell serves as Chief Operating Officer where she is responsible for asset management, marketing, property transitions and other corporate strategies. Mrs. Caudell held previous roles as Executive Vice President at Wood Partners, and President of Operations at The Bainbridge Companies. During her 6-year tenure at The Bainbridge Companies, the management portfolio grew by 50 percent, and Mrs. Caudell successfully oversaw the lease-up of approximately 12,000 units ultimately contributing to the successful sale of over $1.6 billion of apartment properties. Her entire portfolio included over 70 assets and 25,000 apartment units. Mrs. Caudell provided executive leadership to Bainbridge’s property management, operations, marketing, training, and facilities teams.
