Mr. Sznajderman’s background includes extensive experience as both a principal and advisor in the real estate and financial services sectors. He also has corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, leveraged finance and real estate finance experience with both investment banks and public corporations.

Mr. Sznajderman was most recently a Senior Managing Director with Ackman-Ziff where he was responsible for advising private equity funds, public REITs and entrepreneurial real estate owners and operators in their mortgage and equity strategies. Prior to Ackman-Ziff, Mr. Sznajderman was Co-Founder and Managing Partner of RM Capital Management LLC, a boutique real estate investment banking firm where he was responsible all aspects of the business including debt & equity capital advisory, recapitalizations and restructurings on behalf of a diverse client base. Earlier in his career, Mr. Sznajderman was a Co-Founder of HCP Real Estate, an affiliate of Harbinger Capital Partners focused on distressed investments in the commercial real estate and mortgage sectors, and a member of the investment banking firms of Bear Stearns and Goldman Sachs.

Mr. Sznajderman holds an MBA and a Certificate in Corporate Governance from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a BS in Finance, summa cum laude, from Syracuse University. Mr. Sznajderman is Treasurer, a member of the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors of Vital Strategies, a non-profit focused on assisting governments contend with their most critical public health challenges.
