Since joining TruAmerica in 2017, Alec found opportunity in growing the East Coast Asset Management platform through the acquisition and transition of over 30 assets and now oversees the Florida, Tennessee, and Ohio markets managing the performance of over 10k units as a Senior Director.

Prior to joining TruAmerica, Alec worked as a Project Engineer for Clark Construction Group managing the delivery of over $1.4B of Multifamily, Mixed-use, and Office developments.

Education: BE in Civil Engineering from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. Master of Business Administration degree from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University in Washington, DC.
