Neal Herman leads RPA’s investment team—focused on deal and capital sourcing, investor relations, and the overall performance of the portfolio. Neal began his career with a multifamily real estate investment and management company where he served in served in asset management and acquisition roles supporting growth from $100 million to $1.3 billion of AUM over a six-year period. Prior to a business career, Neal served in the Marine Corps as an infantry officer, completing two deployments in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and an assignment with U.S. Special Operations Command. Neal is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy (B.S) and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University (M.B.A). Additionally, Neal serves as the Chairman Emeritus of the Board of Directors for Cristo Rey Tampa High School.
