Garret has seven years experience in real estate operations and private equity investing. Prior to LOCI CAPITAL, Garrett was a Vice President at Osprey Capital, a Tampa-based private debt & mezzanine fund focused on originating bridge loans, mezzanine loans, and preferred equity for commercial real estate. Garrett also served as a Director for Avesta, a multifamily investment firm with over $1.5B in assets. While at Avesta, Garrett was responsible for acquisitions in Florida and was directly involved in the acquisition of over 1,700 residential units totaling over $200 million. Garrett holds both a Masters of Finance and Bachelor of Science in Finance from The University of Tampa.
