Mr. Owens is an accomplished leader with more than 20 years of experience in property management operations. For more than 12 years, he has served in senior leadership roles with several national property management companies. He has extensive experience leading large operational teams and in managing large apartment community portfolios. Mr. Owens has experience with multiple asset types including conventional market rate communities and affordable communities. He has worked closely with property owners, including high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors, to maximize the value of their investments through critical analysis, creative business planning, and sound marketing and management. Mr. Owens is skilled at developing and implementing successful business plans. He is adept at leading new property lease-up efforts, and at leading property rehabilitation and repositioning, as well as acquisition, stabilization, and disposition efforts. Mr. Owens has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Lee University and is a Member of the Atlanta Apartment Association, and is on the Executive Council of IREM Georgia.
