Dan Pepper runs Palm Communities, a third-party property management firm that operates approximately 1000 multifamily units in West Florida.  They specialize in operating boutique communities ranging from 4 to 150 units.  Palm has operated multifamily properties for 17 years, adding over $80M in value to properties managed.

Dan graduated from UF’s Bergstrom Real Estate Center, and serves as a director of Rotary’s Camp Florida, Davis Islands Civic Association, and UF’s Bergstrom Council. He invests in multifamily, unanchored retail centers, and single-family home development as part of Palm Capital Partners.
