Join us in San Diego for the National Real Estate Women’s Forum 2024!
First held in 2012, the Real Estate Women’s Forum (“REWF”) is an annual commercial real estate industry gathering that highlights women in leadership roles as well as up-and-coming executives. The core DNA of the event is an industry event that focuses on key business trends, challenges and opportunities, where the entire speaker faculty is composed solely of women.
Whether you are looking to meet business partners, find mentors, advance your career, connect with old friends or meet new ones, REWF is a once-a-year opportunity. Don’t miss out!
In 2024, we are hosting the Real Estate Women’s Forum on Thursday, March 14 at the Hyatt Regency Mission Bay Spa & Marina in San Diego. The scope of the conference is national, with attendees and speakers from across the United States.
Open & Private Roundtables:
As part of your registration, you can choose up to two Open Roundtables. You can also request to be considered for one of the exclusive Private Roundtables. See the Agenda section for full details.
Additional Activities:
There will be a Welcome Reception on the evening of Wednesday, March 13 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm for speakers and attendees. We are also organizing fun group Social Activities to bring together attendees to connect on March 13 and 15. Activities are still being organized and may include: winery tour, stand-up paddle, high tea, city tour, escape room, scavenger hunt, whale watching and the San Diego Zoo.
The Welcome Reception and Social Activities require an additional fee and are not automatically included in a conference registration. Most activities are expected to cost between $50 and $150 per person. Activities will be announced in December. Be sure to plan your flight and hotel dates around these activities!
Hyatt Regency Mission Bay Spa & Marina:
Relax and renew on the San Diego coast: Panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, Mission Bay, and downtown San Diego frame your getaway at Hyatt Regency Mission Bay Spa and Marina. Enjoy the hotel’s on-site pools, waterslides, and direct access to whale watching, sailing, and other water activities.
Rooms at the venue are limited. Book your hotel room as soon as possible. If coming from the West Coast, we recommend staying from March 13th to 15th, at a minimum, to take advantage of the Social Activities. If coming from the East Coast, we recommend staying from the March 12th to the 15th. The discounted room rate is good through the weekend, so feel free to bring your family and stay after the conference.

Social Activities:
We are organizing fun group activities to bring together attendees to connect. Activities are still being organized but may include: winery tours, stand-up paddle, high tea, city tours, escape rooms, scavenger hunts, whale watching and the San Diego Zoo. Activities fees are not included in the conference registration, and most activities are expected to cost between $50 and $150 per person. Activities will be announced in December.
Welcome Reception:
The Welcome Reception will be held the evening prior to the conference at a nearby location in San Diego. The location is to be announced. The reception runs from 5:00 to 7:00 pm and includes drinks and finger food. Dress is typically business casual. The Welcome Reception is not included in the conference registration fee and requires a separate paid registration.
Open Roundtables:
The Open Roundtable is a group conversation among approximately 10 attendees, who self-select to join the roundtable at registration. Led by a chairperson, the session is 55 minutes allowing for an in-depth discussion among participants. Open Roundtables are organized thematically by activity or property type. Open Roundtables are available to any conference attendee subject to space availability. We are accepting volunteers to chair the roundtables. Contact Samantha at sam@greenpearlevents.com to volunteer.
Any attendee can join an open roundtable. There are two sets of roundtables that attendees can join. The first runs from 2:00 pm to 2:55 pm and the second between 3:05 pm and 4:00 pm. Once you register for the conference, you will be sent an invitation to pick your two roundtables. The choices are:

Private Roundtables:
The Private Roundtable is a closed-door, invite-only, off-the-record group conversation among 12 to 15 handpicked invited executives, held in a separate private room. Led by a chairperson, the session is 2 hours allowing for a candid conversation among peers to share information, compare notes and generate ideas on industry challenges. Topics are determined in the week prior to the conference and sourced directly from private roundtable participants.
What participants get out of the Private Roundtable:
Participants love the private roundtables because they offer an opportunity to get beyond the public information to a more in-depth solutions-focused conversation that is confidential and off-the-record. The goal is that everyone walks away a bit wiser with more tools in their toolbox, as well as some new or renewed connections. Private roundtables are more exclusive and include more senior executives. Private roundtable participants are considered “Featured Participants” and are listed in the event materials alongside other speakers.
Who can join a Private Roundtable:
Private Roundtable participants are selected in advance of the conference and require an invitation to join. Each roundtable participant must meet selection criteria of the specific roundtable to be considered for an invitation to that roundtable. If you do not meet the criteria, you can still gain access via sponsorship, pending availability. Sponsored spots on private roundtables are extremely limited. Inquire with Samantha Williams at sam@greenpearlevents.com about joining a Private Roundtable. Private roundtables are restricted to women only.
