Ms. Wu brings a broad base of design and construction, finance, and development experience to her work as the Director of Development for Jonathan Rose Companies. In her role, Ms. Wu is responsible for the oversight, coordination, and management of the firm’s pivotal green development projects.

Ms. Wu recently completed the development of Caesura, a 123-unit mixed-income, mixed-use development on the last un-programmed vacant site in Downtown Brooklyn Cultural District. The building features cutting edge design, an innovative residential program, space for much-needed restaurant and a bold new cultural use. Ms. Wu has also completed the development of Metro Green Terrace, a 131-unit green mixed-income housing development adjacent to the Stamford Transportation Center, as well as Prelude, a 104-unit affordable housing and community facility that served as a model project for the comprehensive revitalization of White Plains Housing Authority’s campus.

Prior to joining Jonathan Rose Companies, Ms. Wu was an architect for the New York-based architecture firm Rogers Marvel Architects where she designed and managed the construction of several adaptive reuse projects, including conversion of a piano factory into a non-profit film school and a mattress warehouse into a community soup kitchen.

Ms. Wu received a Master of Science in Real Estate Development degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Architecture degree from University of Texas at Austin. She is a Registered Architect in the State of New York and a LEED Accredited Professional.
