Kendall Johnson is a Vice President of Acquisitions at Jamestown where she covers Southeast and West Coast markets across multiple product types including retail, mixed use and multifamily. Mrs. Johnson joined Jamestown’s Asset Management team in 2019, managing several of Jamestown’s large-scale, mixed-use projects in the Southeast, including Buckhead Village District in Atlanta. Prior to Jamestown, Mrs. Johnson worked in investment banking with Stephens Inc. where she focused on M&A advisory and debt placement. She is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). Mrs. Johnson received a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Rhodes College.
