As Senior Vice President of Investment for Grosvenor’s North American property business, Angela is responsible for acquisitions and dispositions across multifamily, retail and office sectors in Northern and Southern California. She serves on Grosvenor’s Eaton Program, an internal initiative enabling global business improvement through projects and the sharing of best practice. Angela also leads the Gender Equity Group within the firm’s employee-led Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) program.
Prior to joining Grosvenor, Angela oversaw portfolio management for Sares Regis Group Value-Add Multifamily Funds, capital raising over $700m to deploy across $2bn of assets. She developed enterprise data centers at Vantage Data Centers and invested in retail and lodging portfolios at Farallon Capital Management. Angela began her career in investment banking at Merrill Lynch in New York. She holds a B.A. from the University of California Los Angeles and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Angela lives in the Richmond District of San Francisco with her partner Jeremy and two kids. She is involved with NAIOP and is a co-chair of ULI NEXT. Angela supports Science is Elementary, which brings experiment-based classes to elementary schools and All Stars Development School for Youth, which connects inner-city youth to the world of work through summer internships.
Angela has been recognized by GlobeSt. as a 2022 Woman of Influence and a San Francisco Business Times’ Influential Women in Bay Area Business in 2023.
