Join us at the Marcus & Millichap / IPA Multifamily Forum: Midwest & Chicago 2026 at the Radisson Blu Aqua Hotel Chicago on April 15, 2026. First held in 2013, the conference consistently brings together 400+ multifamily principals and executives from across the Midwest & Chicagoland, as well as national and regional owners, investors and developers of market-rate multifamily, affordable housing and single-family build-to-rent.
This year, we look at the new reality emerging as we enter a new cycle. With a large number of new units coming online, asset & property management leaders are in a crunch to look for solutions as they are squeezed between increasing costs and stagnating rents. Meanwhile, capital markets are wavering, as it is unclear where interest rates will go from here, forcing owners, investors and developers to re-evaluate their capital strategies. Workouts and re-capitalizations are adding additional stress on what some are calling an overbuilt market. Meanwhile, developers struggle to keep active with an eye towards new starts that will deliver in 2027 and 2028 when deliveries are expected to be lower than average. Come connect with your peers to get the latest insights on capital markets, new development, operations, acquisitions & dispositions from market-leading apartment industry principals.
Join hundreds of fellow owners, investors and developers on April 15 at the Radisson Blu Aqua Hotel in Chicago for a day of in-person learning, idea sharing, deal making and networking. Remote access via podcast and post-event recordings are also available. Sign up for the Attendee List to set up meetings and connect with key contacts. And don’t miss the Welcome Reception on the evening of Wednesday, April 14.

Private Roundtables:
The PeerPod private roundtable is a closed-door, invite-only, off-the-record group conversation among 12 to 15 handpicked, invited executives. Led by a chairperson, the session is 90 minutes allowing for a candid conversation among peers to share information, compare notes and generate ideas on industry challenges. Topics are determined in the week prior to the conference and sourced directly from participants.
What participants get out of the Private Roundtable:
Participants love the roundtables because they offer an opportunity to get beyond the public information to a more in-depth solutions-focused conversation that is confidential. The goal is that everyone walks away a bit wiser with more tools in their toolbox, as well as some new or renewed connections. Private roundtables are more exclusive and include more senior executives. Private roundtable participants are considered “Featured Participants” and are listed in the event materials alongside other speakers.
Who can join a Private Roundtable:
Private Roundtable participants are selected in advance of the conference and require an invitation to join. Each roundtable participant must meet selection criteria of the specific roundtable to be considered for an invitation to that roundtable. If you do not meet the criteria, you can still gain access via sponsorship, pending availability. Sponsored spots on roundtables are extremely limited. Inquire with Samantha Williams at sam@greenpearlevents.com about joining a Private Roundtable.
