In her role as Vice President of Market Rate management, Gina is responsible for financials and operations for the market rate portfolio across four states. Gina’s roots are in property management – she has been active in the multifamily industry since 1984, working with both private and national organizations.

Prior to joining Habitat, Gina held several key leadership roles at Lincoln Property Group, The Ackerberg Group, Group One Investments and Riverstone Residential Group. Gina has deep experience in all property types including construction, lease-up, financially and physically stressed assets, acquisitions, renovations and repositions. Gina is a successful team builder, with exceptional organizational, management and financial skills.

Gina is a licensed managing broker in the state of Illinois and Minnesota. She is an Executive Officer and First President for the Chicagoland Apartment Association. She holds both the CPM® Certified Property Manager and ARM® Accredited Residential Manager designations with the Institute of Real Estate Management, and she attended William Rainey Harper College.
