Jacob Schumaker has over 18 years of experience in the conventional multifamily industry with extensive experience across all asset classes with portfolio size ranging from 5,000 to 10,000 units to date. He is currently Vice President of Operations over the Midwest region for RPM Living.

Jacob serves on the Board of Directors for the Chicagoland Apartment Association, co-chairs the annual CAMME Awards, and sits on the NAA Educational Advisory Board. He is a graduate of DePaul University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and an Illinois Broker’s License.

Watching his team shine is the best part of being in this role, and when he’s not in the office, he enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Prior to joining RPM Living, Jacob was a Regional Manager with Lincoln Property Company and most recently, he served Vice President of Property Management for Akara Partners, a vertically integrated owner/operator overseeing a national portfolio of class A properties. He is a graduate of DePaul University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication. Jacob serves on the Board of Directors for Chicagoland Apartment Association and co-chairs the annual CAMME Awards. He has Accredited Residential Manager designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management and an Illinois Broker’s License.
