Brian is responsible for overseeing all housing acquisitions, joint venture and disposition activities across the U.S. He leads the company’s dedicated multi-family investment team, comprised of experienced regionally-focused apartment-specialist transaction and asset management professionals. Brian’s team is responsible for achieving the investment objectives of various client mandates through successfully executing U.S. housing acquisitions and dispositions across a range of funds and accounts. Brian is a member of the senior leadership team that oversees the investment process for the housing sector and a member of the Nuveen Real Estate Investment Committee. He entered the industry in 1999.

Brian graduated with a B.A. in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign and he holds an Illinois Real Estate Managing Broker’s License. He is also member of the National Multifamily Housing Council.
