As Chief Development Officer of Fifield Companies, Lindsey Senn oversees the company’s portfolio of apartment and mixed-use development. In her role Lindsey leads a team of four responsible for the company’s site acquisitions and due diligence, conceptual design and project management, as well as debt and equity financing. Since joining the firm in 2013, she has been involved in the completion of $575 million of multifamily developments in the Chicago market, encompassing more than 1,500 multifamily units. Today Lindsey manages a pipeline of $800 million of multifamily development across the country, primarily in Miami, Dallas, Denver, Phoenix and the Inland Empire, and encompassing more than 1,100 units. Prior to joining Fifield Companies, Lindsey worked as a project manager at Ridge Property Trust. Lindsey graduated from the University of Wisconsin at Madison with bachelor’s degrees in Real Estate and Legal Studies. In 2018, she was awarded the Next Generation Award from Connect Media and in 2021, she was awarded the 40 Under 40 Award from Crain’s Chicago Business. She is also a member of the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association and Real Estate Finance Forum.
