Zach Haptonstall was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. He is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Rise48 Equity, Rise48 Communities, and Rise48 Construction. Zach’s main responsibilities as CEO include overseeing all acquisitions, sourcing capital, and building strategic partnerships. Since 2019, Rise48 Equity has completed $1.99 Billion Dollars in Total Transactions. He resides both in Scottsdale, Arizona and Dallas, Texas with his wife Grace.
Zach was formerly a Healthcare Executive for multiple large corporations where he helped create growth and exit strategies. He served as the President and Co-Owner for Family Comfort Hospice (and subsidiary companies) with 110+ Employees and $9M+ Annual Revenue. Companies were successfully acquired in 2021.
Prior to his experience at Family Comfort Hospice, Zach was the Director of Business Development and part owner of Sage Hospice and Palliative Care. Zach helped grow the company to the #1 largest for-profit Hospice Organization in Arizona. He also led the acquisition meetings with top private equity groups. The organization was successfully acquired in 2018.
Zach holds a Master of Business Administration from the Colangelo College of Business at Grand Canyon University, and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s in Journalism and Mass Communication from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism at Arizona State University.
During his time in journalism, Zach was a live television news anchor and sports reporter for Arizona PBS and co-hosted a show on Fox Sports Network Arizona.
Zach has been a licensed Real Estate Agent in Arizona since 2016. He is also an official member of the Forbes Real Estate Council, and a Directors Council Member of The Greater Phoenix Economic Council ‘GPEC’.
