Yvette Stewart-Glimp heads Post Brothers’ property management division, overseeing more than 100 employees across 5000 units. She has over 30 years of high-level property management experience with progressively increasing responsibility across multiple sectors of the multifamily management industry.

Yvette celebrated her 14-year anniversary with the Post Brothers organization on August 4th, 2022. She started at the company as a Regional Director, received a promotion to VP of Property Management and was again promoted to Senior Vice President of Property Management in 2018. Yvette has won several awards for property management throughout her career and brings a dynamic skill set to her role at Post Brothers. Prior to joining Post, Yvette managed a portfolio of 12 properties in Florida and Georgia for Winn Residential. In 2002, Yvette won the MetLife Award for best affordable/market rate housing in the United States.

Yvette’s proven experience of maintaining high occupancy and top-of-the-market rents give Post Brothers the confidence to take on any future project and achieve milestones like leasing over 100 apartments per month at Presidential City, Post Brothers’ award-winning luxury residential development which underwent a $200 million renovation and maintained a 98%
occupancy rate under Yvette’s watchful eye.

Yvette takes great pride in her work at Post Brothers and encourages others to do the same. She routinely mentors employees and maintains a steady drumbeat of inspiration for people to perform at their peak and deliver their best work. Yvette’s positive attitude is infectious, and her team’s loyalty speaks to her encouraging qualities as a manager.

Yvette was nominated for the Philadelphia Business Journal Women of Distinction Award in 2018 and was chosen from a select list of amazing women in our region to be featured on the
cover last November.

Yvette is actively involved in her local community. As the wife of Pastor Kevin Glimp, she is the First Lady of Mt Zion Church of God in Christ in Reading, PA and devotes much of her time outside of her work at Post Brothers to her church. In her role as First Lady, Yvette serves as Choir Director and Worship Leader while running the church’s programs that provide outreach to the local community.

Setting a positive example for her church congregation in Reading is a priority for Yvette, who draws on her grit and diligent work ethic to keep pushing and reaching for the next challenge while elevating those around her. Yvette takes pride in her role as a community activist, bringing life lessons learned from her experience to her position at Post Brothers where she is seen as a safe haven for employees who confide in her and look to her for professional and personal guidance. A little-known fact about Yvette – she is an amazing singer!
