Yunia Lubega is a Director of Recruiting at Marcus & Millichap. Based in Calabasas, she is responsible for the recruitment of experienced real estate investment sales agents in our Western, Southern California and Texas Divisions.

As an Talent Acquisition Leader, her focus and expertise includes Talent Acquisition, Complex Offer Negotiation, Business Development, Coaching, Change Management, Performance Management, Career Development, Research, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

Since joining M&M, she has successfully recruited over 120 experienced commercial real estate investment sales agents/brokers and mortgage professionals throughout North America. She has also efficiently placed nearly 50 corporate/staff positions throughout the firm, from support staff to upper management.

She holds a master’s in Human Resource Management from Kingston University, United Kingdom. She also serves on the CREW Network Research Board and is the Chair Elect – Director of Membership Recruitment for CREW-LA.
