Yat-Pang Au is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Veritas Investments Inc., one of the largest managers of multifamily, urban retail and mixed-use properties in California with properties in San Francisco, the East Bay and greater Los Angeles.  He also has been a longtime private investor in apartment and retail properties located throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Mr. Au is committed to transforming California’s housing stock and revitalizing neighborhoods by providing innovative amenities and building eco- friendly, vibrant communities.

Mr. Au is an Advisory Board Member of the Fisher Center for Real Estate and Urban Economics and a Board Member of a nonprofit he is passionate about – Self Help for the Elderly. He is an active member of Coalition for Better Housing, San Francisco Apartment Association, Bay Area Council, National Multi Housing Council, Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), Urban Land Institute (ULI), and Pension Real Estate Association (PREA).

Mr. Au holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from University of California at Berkeley, an M.S. in Information Networking from Carnegie Mellon University, and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
