Will Monaghan is a corporate real estate executive with over 15 years’ experience creating innovative and productive workplaces that meet people, business and financial needs. By combining a compelling real estate vision with stakeholder engagement and data-driven decision-making, Will has been instrumental in positively transforming the workplace experience across a global portfolio of 450 offices and 50,000 employees.

Will is currently the global head of Corporate Real Estate at Willis Towers Watson and a member of the company’s Real Estate and Workplace Solutions leadership team. Managing his own highly-skilled team, Will is responsible for all things real estate, including transactions, design, construction and workplace – delivering today’s strategy while also envisioning tomorrow’s.

Will holds a MSc in Real Estate from New York University. As a New Yorker with strong connections to London, he is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and an active member of CoreNet New York City and London Chapters.
