Bill Metzger joined The Beach Company in 2019 as a Finance Associate, bringing a successful track record of real estate finance experience with him. Bill graduated from Washington and Lee University in 2014 and began his career as a Loan Underwriter at Walker & Dunlop in their Multifamily lending platform. Based in W&D’s Bethesda, MD headquarters, Bill underwrote over $500MM of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Bridge financings, providing financial analysis and recommendations based on property-level operations, client credit levels and market conditions.

As The Beach Company’s Director of Multifamily Asset Management, he is responsible for the financial oversight and performance of our multifamily communities and will serve as the owner’s representative with our third-party property management firms. Since joining The Beach Company, Bill has played a pivotal role in the analysis, underwriting and financing of our ground-up developments, in addition to debt placement for our stabilized multifamily portfolio, which he will continue to manage in his current role.
