I have 35 years’ experience in the Corporate Real Estate/ Facilities Leadership and Management( Operations, Transactions, Construction/Project Management) within the multinational hospitality industry. Last 12 years- Currently manage team of 7 and ~150 outsourced staff to operate and lease portfolio for 84 corporate office locations globally, totaling 1.5M rsf of which 40% owned / 60% leased. Managed annual operating budget of $76M and capital budget of $20-40M. Largest locations included McLean HQ, Memphis Campus, Dallas, Watford, Glasgow, Singapore, and Shanghai. Achieved #1 Great Place to Work in the US in 2019 and 2020. Updated workplace strategy with a hospitality look and feel to match latest hotel design trends. Managed/directed expansion and relocation of several locations: McLean HQ, Dallas, Glasgow, Dubai, Singapore, Shanghai, Tokyo, Sydney, New Delhi, and Mexico City offices, with new design concept. Planned and implemented the split up of Hilton’s office infrastructure to spin-off Hilton Grand Vacations (HGV) and Park Hotels and Resorts (Hilton’s owned hotel portfolio) as separately traded companies. Expanded HGV’s headquarters location in Orlando to align with planned headcount growth and setting up Park into a temporary and permanent HQ prior to the spin-off date. Public Offering: Enabled Hilton public offering in late 2013. Re-organized under private equity ownership and post-merger integration of infrastructure. Optimized and disposed of unneeded locations. Closed 4 call centers around the US, relocated the Dallas, Singapore, Tokyo, and Dubai offices. Disposed of old 180K rsf Beverly Hills owned HQ. Devised new workplace strategy, better utilizing space while adding amenities to attract and retain Team Members. Focused on LEED certified buildings, more light in space, and open office plan. Shifted portfolio focus to APAC given leadership growth focused in this region. Led team to re-organize HGV subsidiary office portfolio to refresh the business. Managed Corporate HQ’s – Holiday Inn, Harrah Casinos, Promus Companies, Promus Hotels and Hilton. Educational Background- BS – Business Admin, Electrical/Computer Engineering.
