Whitney Ward is the Founder & Principal at CRE-Endeavors where she oversees the firm’s real estate investment fund, corporate governance & compliance, and business development. Since 2016, Whitney has worked in real estate through brokerage sales, acquisitions, and consulting helping middle-market private capital acquire, manage, and divest from multifamily and retail assets. During this time, Whitney has established strategic industry partnerships and has analyzed thousands of commercial real estate investments providing her with proficiency in underwriting & due diligence, capital markets, transaction management, and a keen eye for sound real estate investments. Prior to real estate, Whitney spent eight years in sales, management, and marketing roles at Fortune 500 companies where she was responsible for a range of activities including revenue growth, product positioning & execution, product sales, strategic planning, and business development.
