Wayne Hollo

Wayne Hollo has been working at FECR for over 30 years and, in his tenure with the company, has been involved in all aspects of the real estate business. He began in the construction division, then moved into property management and leasing. He also served as the primary liaison with various departments and agencies of the U.S. government, which have leased hundreds of thousands of square feet from the company.
In his current position as Executive Vice President, Wayne is involved in virtually all aspects of the company, most notably responsible for the company’s sales and acquisitions of land and improved properties, the financing and re-financing of the company’s acquisitions and existing portfolio, and the construction financing and development of the company’s new and upcoming projects. Further, Wayne has assumed oversight, administration, and management of most operational facets of the company and its projects.
Additionally, Wayne manages the SOC 1 Type 2 Report Certified Miami Data Vault, Miami’s finest and most secure collocation and disaster recovery center and home to some of the nation’s most renowned providers of technical services. He also has been directing FECR’s projects in the Las Vegas area, including Rainbow Sunset Pavilion, Red Rock Business Center, the Lennox, and the Palms.
Wayne was educated at the University of Florida and has served as a non-lawyer on the Florida Bar Grievance Committee. He also has been a member of the Anti-Defamation League and the Miami Deed Club, as well as an Executive Board Member for Beth Ahm Israel in Cooper City, Florida. He currently serves on the Executive Board for the South Florida Digital Alliance, the Technology Advisory Board for the Miami Downtown Development Authority, and the Founders Club for Mount Sinai Medical Center. With his family’s charitable foundation, Wayne is a supporter of the Mourning Family Foundation and Overtown Youth Center and also supports heath education in inner city high schools by working with HealthCorps (founded by Dr. Mehmet Oz). Further, Wayne is involved with Florida International University, where he both lectures and serves on the Board for the Tibor & Sheila Hollo School of Real Estate, along with serving as a member of the Board of Directors for the FIU Foundation.
