Vincent Korta – is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at 2B Living, a Bay Area residential property management firm. In this role, he leads the firm’s corporate and property accounting groups as well as the firm’s corporate operations. During his five years at 2B Living, he led the buildout of the firm’s maintenance and construction management departments, as well as helped increase the firm’s units under management from 750 to over 3,000. During his tenure, 2B Living has been named one of the fastest growing private firms in the Bay Area for four consecutive years. Before 2B Living, he served as Vice President and Investment Manager at Bailard, an investment firm with a private real estate fund of nearly $1B in gross value. There he focused on acquisitions and asset management of commercial properties in the Western United States. He holds a BS from the University of Arizona and an MBA from the Wharton School – University of Pennsylvania.
