Victoria is the Senior Vice President of Investments of A. Walker & Co., an Investment Management business that invests in emerging, minority-led and/or affordable housing real estate sponsors across the U.S. Victoria has expertise in overall real-estate portfolio life cycle including site selection, acquisitions, development financing, entitlements, design development, budgeting, contracts and bids negotiations, construction, and property management. She has transacted on over $1 Bn in Real Estate, previously at Fairstead, Jonathan Rose Companies and The Related Companies where she developed her career for a decade. She focuses on high-quality affordable housing, often utilizing public-private partnerships through acquisition rehab, ground-up development, recapitalizations, and is experienced with project-based Section 8 and LIHTCs. Victoria earned a bachelor’s degree in Business from Fordham University, a master’s in Real Estate from CUNY Baruch College and serves on the board of the Baruch College Alumni Association.
