Victor Coleman is the founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Hudson Pacific Properties (NYSE: HPP), the West Coast’s premier office REIT focused on owning, operating and transforming irreplaceable office and media & entertainment properties. Since the company’s inception in 2006, Mr. Coleman has strategically assembled a portfolio totaling over 18 million square feet in the gateway markets of Los Angeles, San Francisco, Silicon Valley and Seattle. During that time, Hudson Pacific’s market cap has increased from just over $500 million to more than $8 billion. Today, Hudson Pacific is one of the country’s leading providers of design-forward, next generation workspaces for Fortune 500 and established growth companies.

Prior to Hudson Pacific, Mr. Coleman co-founded and led Arden Realty, Inc. as its President and Chief Operating Officer and as a Director, taking the company public in 1996 and selling it to GE Real Estate, a division of General Electric Capital Corporation, in 2006 for $5 billion.

Mr. Coleman is an active community leader, and on the founding Board of Directors for the UCLA Ziman Center for Real Estate, as well as the Boards of the Ronald Regan UCLA Medical Center, the Fisher Center for Real Estate & Urban Economics, the Los Angeles Sports & Entertainment Commission, and the Los Angeles Chapter of the World Presidents’ Organization. Mr. Coleman was the 2015 recipient of the Spirit of Life Award from the City of Hope Real Estate & Construction Division. He is a Trustee on the Board of Directors for Kite Realty Group Trust, and has served as a Director for several other public companies, including Douglas Emmett, Inc.
