Tzvi Ferszt is a California licensed real estate broker and Certified Property Manager (C.P.M.) with more than 15 years of solid real estate experience. As co-founder and CEO of TDI PROPERTIES, INC., Tzvi has overseen the management of over 3500 units throughout southern California, and has been involved in countless real estate transactions. Tzvi works with multiple investors to maximize the value of their properties, and maintains ongoing relationships with clients as a real estate investment adviser.
