Tripp Greene serves as senior vice president of capital markets for Lloyd Jones LLC, with a focus on the U.S., Canada, the Middle East, and Asia. In this role, Tripp is responsible for raising capital with family offices and wealth managers for multifamily real estate investments.

Most recently, Tripp was a senior associate at Colliers International, where he provided mortgage banking services for owners and investors, specializing in the origination, analysis, and placement of real estate debt and equity throughout Florida. Previously, Tripp served as senior production analyst with CBRE in Tampa where he was responsible for underwriting, working with customers and third parties to ensure production timelines were fulfilled and
managed. Earlier in his career, Tripp was a commercial real estate underwriter for Valley National Bank (previously CNL Bank), where he managed a $135 million portfolio, including multifamily, medical, office, industrial, retail, and single-family assets. He also performed financial analysis on more than $100 million in successful transactions, totaling more than 500,000 square feet of investment real estate.

Tripp earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics from The College of William and Mary and a Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) from the University of Florida.
