Current Responsibilities – Tracy Williams serves as Regional Vice President for Carroll Management Group. In this role, Tracy is responsible for over 10,000 units across the expansive CARROLL footprint in Florida. She brings a goal driven, results oriented, leadership style to the professional onsite management teams with a high focus on customer service, employee happiness and a planned execution of the business plan to each individual asset.

Relevant Experience – Tracy has been active in the multifamily property management industry for over 30 years. She has been in a Regional Manager capacity managing large multi-regional portfolio’s for over 20 years. Prior employers of choice included WRH Realty Services, Julian LeCraw Management (now Tribridge), Lincoln Property Services and Banyan Realty. Early in her career she managed student properties in Gainesville Florida catering to the University of Florida students.

Education/Affiliations – Tracy graduated with an AA in business and accounting and combined this foundation with a NAA Certified Apartment Property Supervisors (CAPS) and the NAAEI Teaching Certification. This led to 12 years of consecutive volunteerism with the First Coast Apartment Association including a Presidency in 2009. This experience provided the opportunity to be recognized with the NAA’s highest honor with the 2010 Paragon Award. In 2013 Tracy earned the CPM designation through IREM and continues her volunteerism through that organization.
