Tony Whitaker is President, CEO and co-founder of Houston-based FSI Construction. Tony has held several leadership roles within the multifamily industry while overseeing the company’s strategic direction. He currently serves as a board advisor for the Houston Apartment Association (HAA) & Texas Southern University School of Business. FSI has received numerous multifamily industry awards and is a nationally recognized general contractor in the areas of CapEx, due diligence, value-add reposition and disaster recovery. FSI has regional operations throughout the country with an overall national reach. Mr. Whitaker is a 1989 honors graduate of Texas Southern University’s Jones School of Business.
