Toni Rials is Senior Director of Real Estate for Greystar, providing support and leadership for the South Florida operations focusing exclusively on third party assets and client relationships throughout the tri-counties. Active in the multifamily industry for over 25 years, she has expertise in management of portfolios and teams across the country to include high rise, midrise, garden, urban, suburban, and lease ups as well as value add properties. Prior to joining Greystar in 2018, she held roles as Regional Vice President with Pinnacle, Gables Residential and BlackRock Realty. Toni holds a BA in business administration from Ashford University and holds a CPM® designation.
