Toni Eubanks is an Executive Director and leads the company’s Owned Portfolios. Toni maintains management oversight of Greystar-Owned Assets for all product types and oversees the Owned Asset Support team. In addition to Greystar-Owned Assets operations, Toni is a member of the Greystar Executive Committee, participates on the Greystar Enterprise Services Advisory Board, acts as the Executive Sponsor of Greystar’s DEI efforts within the property management business and is also responsible for corporate profit-and-loss performance for the portfolios within her oversight.

During her tenure at Greystar, Toni has partnered with key clients on development, design, value-add strategies, and operational enhancements. Toni has been active in the multifamily industry since 1995 when she began as an on-site Leasing Professional and started developing experience in all on-site positions, which led to her first Regional Property Manager assignment in 2000.

Toni received a bachelor’s degree from Quincy University.
