As Managing Director, Tom Kersting leads Franklin Street’s broad platform to support the specific needs of commercial real estate investors and occupiers. He works across Franklin Street’s entire company, and all lines of business, to identify and grow client opportunities and services. Mr. Kersting most recently served as President of Franklin Street Insurance Services. He was responsible for the overall operational and financial performance of the division – overseeing a portfolio of more than $10 billion in property values. In addition, he focused on expanding Franklin Street Insurance Services’ geographic presence and service lines through business development activities, recruitment, and acquisitions.
