Tom Drake is a real estate leader with over 35 years of commercial and residential experience in all phases of the development and construction process.

During this time, he has been responsible for the design, development, leasing, sales, and construction of residential and commercial projects encompassing more than 2.5 million square feet with a combined value of over $1 billion.

Tom is president of The Drake Group and has been recognized nationally and locally with awards from Builder Magazine, The Greater Chicago Homebuilders Association, and The Chicago Association of Realtors for excellence in developing multi-family and single-family communities. He has held Board positions with the Builder 20 Club program, Greater Chicago Homebuilder Association, Valley Lo Club, and Chances for Children. He received the CCIM Designation and the Certified Green Professional Designation from the National Association of Homebuilders.

Additionally, Tom is a council member at Gerson Lehrman Group where he provides consulting on various matters of real estate development and building.

Tom received a Bachelor of Science degree from the College of Business at Northern Illinois University. He resides in Glenview with his family.
