Todd Hanson

Mr. Hanson is an executive vice president and head of ConAm’s Investment Group, and is responsible for oversight of the company’s investment and acquisition activities and implementation of strategic initiatives. He also assists Mr. Singh and Svatos in capital raising and works with institutional capital sources for direct investment and strategic joint ventures.

Prior to joining ConAm, Mr. Hanson spent 14 years a senior member of the Real Estate Strategic Advisory Group at Houlihan Lokey Capital, a global investment bank based in Los Angeles, California. He advised public and private companies in complex real estate and operating company transactions, as well as diverse special situations assignments.

Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Hanson was a corporate attorney with the Transactions Group of O’Melveny & Meyers, specializing in real estate and related capital markets transactions. He holds a B.A. with highest distinction in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Minnesota; a J.D. magna cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School; and a MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. Mr. Hanson is an inactive member of the California State Bar.
