As President of Core Living, Todd is responsible for all aspects of the business, for both owned and fee-managed properties across the Midwest. He works closely with ownership and partners to ensure that their goals and visions are realized. Todd has over 20 years of property management experience and has overseen the operations of 19,000 apartment units throughout the United States. His background in market-rate, tax credit, section 8, and senior housing, as well as his extensive experience in financial planning, utilizing new technologies and strategies in the multi-housing industry, and employee recruitment and development is vital to the success of Core Living. He also holds real estate broker licenses for Minnesota and Wisconsin.
