He is responsible for site selection, land planning, financial analysis, entitlements, permitting and government regulations, while ensuring the achievement of design, budget and scheduling objectives. Toby’s expertise in analyzing financial markets and structuring transactions that maximize profits strengthens the foundation for success in all scenarios.
