Tim Speck serves as as first vice president of Marcus & Millichap and regional manager for the firm’s Dallas office. Under his leadership the Dallas office has successfully facilitated more than 780 transactions valued at over 4 billion dollars in the last five years. In his capacity he also serves as the broker of record for over 100 agents in Texas and Oklahoma.

Prior to moving back to Dallas, Mr. Speck was the sales manager in Phoenix and has also served as the manager in charge of the firm’s Major Account Services (MAS) group and national research department in the Phoenix office. He joined the firm in 1993 as a sales assistant in the Dallas office. With the advent of Marcus & Millichap’s research department in 1996, he became a divisional research manager charged with establishing local research departments in many of the firm’s offices. Mr. Speck was also instrumental in the formation of firm’s central market research group.

In 1999, he was promoted to manager of the Major Account Services group. Under his direction the firm developed some of the industry’s leading marketing, packaging and financial analysis models. Mr. Speck attended Texas A&M University, where he received a bachelor of arts degree in finance.

Mr. Speck is active in the firm’s recognized agent training and development programs, where he regularly facilitates their training classes. In 2008 he was awarded with the firms top Agent Development Award. He has successfully recruited, trained, and coach multiple million dollar performers.
