Mr. Haskin is a Partner and Senior Managing Director of AECOM Capital, joining in 2013, where he is responsible for fund capital raising, deal origination, structuring and execution of investments. AECOM Capital has invested in 18 properties across the United States and Europe, totaling $5.0 billion of development value, including 6 hospitality investments in Los Angeles, CA., San Diego, CA., Menlo Park, CA and Nashville, TN. He has an extensive background in real estate finance, with over 40 years of experience with acquisitions, financing and repositioning of large scale real estate projects, and is an expert in the domestic and global commercial real estate and hospitality markets.

Previously, Mr. Haskin was the Founder and President of Peninsula Real Estate LLC, a New York City based real estate investment company which pursued value-added real estate and lodging investment opportunities in primary U.S. markets.

Prior to Peninsula, Mr. Haskin served as Partner, Managing Director and Executive Vice President of Tishman Hotel Corporation for thirteen years. He was primarily responsible for acquisitions and capital raising for the company’s principal investments, which included a $3 billion hotel portfolio;including the Westin New York Hotel at Times Square and E-Walk Retail on 42nd Street. He was involved in closing over US$5 billion of transactions.

Mr. Haskin holds a BBA in Business Administration with certificates in Real Estate and Finance from Southern Methodist University, Edwin L. Cox School of Business in Dallas, Texas. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and has been a guest lecturer at various academic institutions.
