Tim Harris
SVP – Multifamily Development
Rosewood Property Company

Tim serves as Senior Vice President for Rosewood Property Company and is responsible for all multifamily development activities spanning from land acquisition to project stabilization. Prior joining RPC, Mr. Harris worked for AMLI Residential and was responsible for the development of multifamily properties in the Texas portfolio. Mr. Harris also previously worked for StreetLights Residential in the construction, finance & asset management, and development departments. Tim is a member of The Real Estate Council and Eastside Community Church.

EDUCATION
Tim holds a B.S. in Construction from Texas A&M University and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.
