Tiffany Stanley is MAXX Properties’ Chief Operating Officer (COO) and a member of the executive leadership team, overseeing a broad workforce in over 30 locations distributed across 8 markets. At MAXX, Ms. Stanley will lead all marketing, operations, and capital improvements ensuring operational effectiveness, driving revenue and NOI growth, and leading platform transitions to strengthen long-term performance. Ms. Stanley brings nearly 30 years of experience in the apartment management industry, with over two decades spent in senior leadership roles. Tiffany most recently served as Managing Director and Head of Property & Asset Management at BMC Investments in Denver, Colorado and held roles at Steadfast Apartment REIT and Camden Property Trust. At BMC Investments, she led the operations and asset strategy for a $1.6 billion portfolio spanning multifamily, commercial, retail, and hospitality assets. Tiffany began her career on site at a Thornton, Colorado apartment community working for Lincoln Property Company and later spent 13 years at Camden Property Trust in a succession of roles including regional manager for Colorado operations. Tiffany earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Colorado Technical University.
