As Head of Real Estate of Columbia Property Trust, Ted Koltis directs the Company’s property-level strategy, execution and performance, overseeing Leasing, Property Management and Marketing across Columbia’s national portfolio.

Mr. Koltis joined Columbia in 2023, bringing nearly three decades of commercial real estate experience. Prior to Columbia, he served as Executive Vice President at The Moinian Group, where he led commercial leasing for the firm’s national office and retail portfolio. Earlier, Mr. Koltis was President of Colliers’ Eastern Region Agency and Consulting Practice, where he expanded the firm’s landlord agency practice and consulting group across major Northeast markets.

Throughout his career, Mr. Koltis has held senior leadership positions and advised on over 30 million square feet of real estate transactions across major U.S. markets. He brings deep experience in leasing, asset management, repositioning strategies, and property operations, having worked at several leading real estate owners and advisory firms, including Tishman Speyer, Paramount Group, Inc., and CBRE.

Mr. Koltis earned his undergraduate degree from Cornell University and holds an M.B.A. from Columbia University. He serves on the Commercial Board of Directors of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).

Mr. Koltis resides in Chelsea with his family and has four children.
