Thao Te serves as a Vice President of Busboom Group. Prior to Busboom Group, she worked in the acquisitions and development division of Carmel Partners, a real estate development and investment company. Thao also worked at AIMCO and was responsible for managing AIMCO’s national commercial portfolio of over 1 million square feet of retail and office space, in addition to supporting the Affordable Housing Division’s strategic projects surrounding leasing, procurement, and compliance. Thao also understands the sales and brokerage side of the industry well, having worked at Marcus and Millichap and The Laramie Company.

Thao received her undergraduate degree in Real Estate and Marketing and an MBA, with a specialization in Finance, both from the University of Denver. Thao received Summa Cum Laude honors for her undergraduate achievements and the Scholarship Key from Delta Sigma Pi (highest scholastic achievement) and the Andrew H. Wood Award (highest GPA) for her graduate school achievements.
