Tensaye (Tee) serves as the Director of Operations at MJW, where she oversees all aspects of operations, including leasing and marketing efforts, staffing initiatives, and the development and implementation of strategic plans.

Prior to joining MJW, Tee had a notable career with Maximus Real Estate Partners and UDR.
In her previous role as Asset Director, Tee managed a portfolio of 4,100 apartment homes and led a team of over 100 people.

Tee’s extensive experience in real estate management is complemented by her academic background, holding a bachelor law degree. Her unique blend of operational expertise and legal knowledge positions her as a valuable leader in the real estate industry.
