Taryn Crawford

Taryn serves as Managing Director of Capital Markets for American Landmark and is a member of the Senior Executive Management Committee. In her role, Taryn is responsible for managing existing investor relationships, in addition to generating new capital for American Landmark’s funds and strategic partnerships.

Prior to joining American Landmark, Taryn worked at Mercury Capital Advisors, where she raised capital for various real estate and private equity funds. In 2020, she began working with her client, American Landmark, on their third value-added, multifamily fund, assisting the fund in exceeding its original hard cap of $800 million with a final fund size of ~$980 million. The successful fundraise led to her joining the Capital Markets team at American Landmark in 2021.

Prior to Mercury Capital Advisors, Taryn spent the earlier part of her career in wealth management where she provided comprehensive financial planning to private equity and real estate managers and Fortune 500 executives, advising clients on tax planning, investment planning, estate planning, retirement planning, and much more.

Taryn received her J.D. from St. John’s University of Law and is admitted to the New York Bar. She received her B.A. from Manhattan College.
